India Taj Mahal

The Taj Mahal is a mausoleum in Agra, India. It was commissioned in 1632 to hold the body of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan’s favored wife Mumtaz Mahal. The tomb inside is made of marble and stands on a plinth. It was completed in 1653 and is now recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site attracting millions of visitors every year.
